Terms of Service

These terms apply to Together Progress.

When we say “we”, “our”, or “us”, we mean Together Progress. When we say “you” or “your”, we mean you — the person or organization using our service.

We’re not lawyers, and we’ve tried to make these terms readable. But they are legally binding, so please read them.


The basics

You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not allowed.

You must be 13 or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission.

You’re responsible for your account. Keep your password safe. We can’t and won’t be liable for any loss from unauthorized use of your account.

You’re responsible for your content. We don’t pre-screen content, but we may remove content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable.


Payment and billing

Free accounts are really free. No credit card required, no time limits, no tricks. Use it as long as you want.

Paid plans are billed annually. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, we’ll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next renewal.

We don’t offer refunds, but if you’re unhappy within the first 30 days, email us and we’ll make it right.

Prices can change. We’ll give you at least 30 days notice before any price changes affect your account.


Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. No questions asked. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period.

We may cancel your account if you violate these terms, if you’re abusive to our team, or if your account has been inactive for 12+ months on a free plan.

When an account is cancelled, we delete your data within 60 days. Some data may persist in backups for up to 90 days, then it’s gone for good.


Our responsibilities

We’ll do our best to keep your data safe. We use encryption, secure infrastructure, and follow industry best practices. But no system is perfect — we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We’ll try to keep the service running. But sometimes things break. We don’t guarantee 100% uptime, and we’re not liable for any downtime.

We can change the service. We’re always improving. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We’ll try to give you notice for major changes.


Your data

You own your data. We don’t claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create.

We won’t sell your data. Ever. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

You can export your data at any time. It’s yours — you should be able to take it with you.


Liability

Use at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We’re not liable for much. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We can update these terms. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top and notify you via email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
